If you wish to replace products, you can do so within 7 working days after receiving the shipment and only once per order. Inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the customer bearing the return shipping fees if they wish to return, this must be done within 3 working days after receiving the shipment, and the customer bears the return shipping fees if they wish to return. A Tabby or Tamara commission will be deducted if payment was made through them. If the customer wishes to return or exchange, the item must be clean, intact, unused, and free from usage defects. If misuse defects are found, the issue will be evaluated and deducted from the order value. The order amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days after processing the above-mentioned points.
